When Can I Expect My Delivery?
Delivery will occur within 1 – 3 working days of your order being placed. Delivery will happen between 09h00 – 17h00. Please ensure that someone is available at your selected delivery address to receive the delivery. We don’t deliver over weekends or public holiday
Returns
You must inspect your packages as soon as possible after receiving it. If you find any defect, please notify us immediately by calling or emailing us using the contact details provided on our website. Our return policy is in action 2 days from date of purchase. If you don’t notify us of any problems within 2 days of delivery, you will be deemed to have accepted the package and we will not be able to refund or replace any item.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Refunds will only be arranged if our product is found to be defective.
Please email us with the reason for your return, a photo of faulty items and receipt or proof of purchase to info@greenrootsjuicery.co.za
You will be responsible for arranging and paying a courier to ship your return back to us. Please send it to: 1 Nentabos street, Die Wilgers, Pretoria
Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
No sale items will be refunded.
If you decide that the cleanse/juice box was not for you or that you did not enjoy it, please be aware that we do not offer refunds on it. Only if the cleanse/juice box is determined to be inadequate under the circumstances will refunds be given.
Refunds
Once we have received your return, we will inspect it and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If we approve your return, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
