Refund policy

Returns

It is the customers responsibility to inspect packages upon receipt. If you find any defect, please notify us immediately by calling or emailing us using the contact details provided on our website. Our return policy is applicable for 1 days from date of delivery. If you don’t notify us of any problems within 1 day of delivery, you will be deemed to have accepted the package and we will not be able to refund or replace any item.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Refunds will only be arranged if our product is found to be defective.

Please email us with the reason for your return, a photo of faulty items and receipt or proof of purchase to info@greenrootsjuicery.co.za

You will be responsible for arranging and paying a courier to ship your return back to us. Please send it to: 309 Derdepoort Road, Tannery Industrial Park, Warehouse 0011, Silverton, Pretoria.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

No sale items will be refunded.

If you decide that the cleanse/juice box was not for you or that you did not enjoy it, please be aware that we do not offer refunds on it. A refund will only be applicable if the products are shown to be defective.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
