At Green Roots Juicery, we prepare and process orders carefully to ensure our customers receive fresh, high-quality juices. Please review your order details before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@greenrootsjuicery.co.za, quoting your order number.

We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, provided your order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been processed, packed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. If your order has already been dispatched, you may be responsible for the applicable delivery and return costs, subject to our Returns and Refund Policy and your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Changes to Orders

If you need to change your delivery address, products, quantities or other order details, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once your order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Juice Cleanses and Juice Boxes

Orders for juice cleanses and juice boxes are subject to the same cancellation terms as our other products. As our products are perishable, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been prepared or dispatched.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders
